Meyer Lemon Bars

Lemon bars are one of my favorite desserts so it's my very first post. We have a mature meyer lemon tree in our yard (thanks to the previous owner). Therefore, I make meyer lemon bars quite often. I always try to cover the marble countertops with a kitchen towel before zesting and juicing the lemons since acids can etch the marble. I'm a little OCD when it comes to my marble countertops but I'm trying to get over it.
